Our Diwali brownies are made with a fluffy egg free base with four indulgent flavours, each decorated to delight. Each brownie is a little festival on a plate, perfect for sharing or as a Diwali gift this year.

Mango and White Chocolate – topped with kulfi ganache, rainbow petals, white crispers and white snowflakes

• Milk Chocolate and Cardamom – adorned with pistachio kernels, candied orange slices and caramel fudge pieces

• Saffron and Coconut – finished with raspberry crumb, white chocolate shavings and desiccated coconut

Rose and Vanilla – decorated with white chocolate rose water drizzle, rainbow petals  and crispy pearls

Saffron and Coconut Rassomalai
With a celebratory taste of tradition, these eggless brownies are topped with a Rassomalai inspired ganache infused with sweet saffron and creamy coconut for a Barfi-like texture. Garnished with white chocolate shavings and vibrant raspberry pieces.
