Oh yeah! It's peanut butter jelly time. Is there a more classic combo than salty-sweet peanut butter and tangy raspberry jam? Sure to be a firm fave this season, we have layers and layers of vanilla sponge filled with peanut buttercream, raspberry jam, we then top this with whole raspberries, digestive chunks, peanuts and a good drizzle of raspberry sauce. Yummm!
