Fruity and refreshing, our summer berry cake is perfect for sunny garden parties or an afternoon treat!
This cake is made up of two moist layers of lemon sponge sandwiched together with zesty lemon buttercream and fruity mixed berry jam. Topped with lemon buttercream with berry jam swirled in, and finished with colourful crown of edible petals, candied lemon peel and freeze-dried berries. Yum!!

How your cake arrives
The cake is protected with a card collar around the cake and boards on the top and bottom, which is then packed inside a biodegradable bag. This helps remove the cake easily from the tin without anything getting damaged.
