Slice into this cake and it offers up a serve size of 4 or 5 slices each (so order accordingly) and is made up of a moist, moreish sponge sandwiched with zesty lemon buttercream, a fun, fruity raspberry jam and and is finished off with some more lemon buttercream for an extra punch! Not just that, it’s also topped off with freeze dried strawberries and raspberries and sprinkled with some colourful edible petals to stand-out! How your cake arrives
The cake is protected with a card collar around the cake and boards on the top and bottom, which is then packed inside a biodegradable bag. This helps remove the cake easily from the tin without anything getting damaged.
